
JERSEYCREST pritz Rise in the Dark
While developing these cocktails to celebrate our collaboration with WECANDANCE, our mixologist was inspired by the themes of this festival. Be surprised by this innovative combination of flavors.
Ingredients
3 cL JERSEYCREST Spritz
1 cL Sugar syrup
6 cL Earl Grey tea
12 cL non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine (e.g. Codorniu)
Dried lime slice
Preparation
Make 1 cup of earl grey tea using 1 sachet and 20 cL of boiling water. Let it cool down.
Method
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Add 3 cL JERSEYCREST Spritz, 1 cL sugar syrup, 6 cL earl grey tea and 12 cL non-alcoholic sparkling rosé wine.
3. Top with a dried lime slice.

6 cL Green tea intense mint
12 cL non-alcoholic sparkling white wine (e.g. Codorniu)
Dried orange slice
Preparation
Make 1 cup of green tea intense mint using 1 sachet and 20 cL of boiling water. Let it cool down.
Method
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Add 3 cL JERSEYCREST Spritz, 1 cL sugar syrup, 6 cL green tea intense mint and 12 cL non-alcoholic sparkling white wine.
3. Top with a dried orange slice.

JERSEYCREST Ginger Apple & Maple
Ingredients
4,5 cL JERSEYCREST Ginger
6 cL Apple juice
1,5 cL Maple syrup (or agave syrup)
2,5 cL Lemon juice
Method
Shake* everything with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with apple slices.

*If you don’t have a shaker, just fill the glass with all ingedrients and stirr.
